Before we can match you to a volunteer opportunity, you must complete a SCVP Volunteer Registration Form.  Please download the registration form below, complete it and return it to us via fax, email or mail.  Once we receive your completed registration form, a SCVP representative will contact you to match you to appropriate volunteer opportunities.  Feel free to contact SCVP if you have questions or concerns.  Thank you for your interest in volunteering.
